Post Millennial Love Story
Anyone can be anything in the virtual world. Story about a boy - BRIX, who finds love in the virtual world. When he tries to be himself, he finds out virtual reality is not so different from reality. Saddened and angered by this truth, he retaliates...

A teenager, BRIX, stares at himself in the mirror.  He is a normal looking 14 year old.  He has shaggy hair.  He keeps fixing and re-fixing it, trying to get his appearance right.  But he isn’t satisfied.  He sighs, gives up—he is what he is.
BRIX is in the virtual chamber in a reclining chair with lap seat-belts and a Velmet (virtual reality goggles).
Our POV cuts to a black screen, displaying BRIX's avatar
BRIX is BEAMED outside his high-school. He has the same features, but looks shiny and polished, his image touched up by filters. He is surrounded by a crowd. The crowd is attractive; they are mingling with each other. BRIX tries to enter a circle of crowd; but he is ignored. He doesn’t really belong with them.
That’s when he notices: IZZY, a normal looking girl, sitting by herself under a tree, drawing. BRIX is behind the tree, craning his neck, trying to see what Izzy is drawing. BRIX keeps leaning, leaning, trying to get a better view, until he falls on his face, right in front of Izzy. Izzy screams, rattled by the stranger.
BRIX quickly composes himself, gets up, and starts babbling, his arms gesticulating wildly, pointing at the painting, and praising it. He is awkward in an endearing way. They lock eyes, sparkles fly, a virtual explosion.
“First Annual VirSkin Ball”  We are on stage. Students are parading their new appearances. They are surreal.
Izzy is covered in abstract paintings, a walking museum. She looks stunning. The audience is mesmerized, applauds loudly. She is a big hit.
Next on stage is BRIX. He looks hideous. But he is very cheerful; convinced his message will be well-received.
He gestures at his face—this is not what matters. What matters is the heart—a heart of gold springs out from his body like a jack-in-the-box, accidentally splashing blood everywhere.
The audience is shocked; they hate him; he is booed; things are thrown at him on-stage. BRIX is shocked by the reception—he wasn’t expecting that.
BRIX is humiliated. He rushes to Izzy, approaches her. His beating heart accidentally splashes blood on her. A tall jock - his VirSkin is made with bricks - pushes BRIX away from Izzy. BRIX falls on the ground. The jock leaves with Izzy.
In the real world, BRIX sits alone under the tree. A pile of old comic books blows into BRIX’s face.
He flips through them: These comic books are about Ninjas. We see a headline: “Ninjas - the outcasts who fought back.”
It's time for the Second Annual Virskin Ball!! Students are parading their new appearances. Half Butterfly/Half Bull struts across the stage. Mild applause.
An elegant looking Unicorn flies into stage. Loud applause. It’s a big hit.
Suddenly, BRIX—the Ninja—drops on stage, brandishing his sword.
The audience screams and flees.
An army of Bleeding Heart Ninjas wreak havoc in the virtual world: chasing people outside the high school; chasing people who are partying at the rings of Saturn.
In the Virtual Chamber, we see BRIX smirk - he is very pleased.
We see the silhouette of a woman. She will have Indian features. Some shots to make her look superhero-like and mysterious without revealing too much.
